Jérome Martines Oliveira, CEO of the Port of Djibouti, DP World, hold an Msc in Managment Logistics and Engineering of Transport from the University of Sciences and Technology of Lille ( France); holds also an Msc of Management and Finance from the Business School of Paris (France). He joined DP World in June 2007 as CEO for both the Port and the Airport and was then promoted to the top position as Chief Executive Officer on March 2008. Previously, he worked for international business groups where he was instrumental in their development through their subsidiaries located in the African continent.
